About Me
I am originally from Salina, and I graduated from Ell-Saline High School. I continued my education at Kansas Wesleyan University, where I played baseball and obtained a degree in Exercise Science/Pre-Physical Therapy. Upon graduation, I had plans to move on and attend Physical Therapy School, but wanted to save up some money first, so I got a job as a special education para. I fell in love with what I did every day, and decided to go back and get my Elementary Education degree from Fort Hays State University. While doing this, I worked in a district level autism program in Manhattan, KS. I ended up student teaching and eventually being offered a job at the same building I was working in. I spent my last year in Manhattan as a 6th grade ELA teacher at Amanda Arnold Elementary. At the end of the year, my wife was offered a job at Great Plains, in Salina, and we decided to move back this way! I love the Lindsborg community and everything I have seen so far from this district.
Go Vikes!
