Mr. Jilka is a 1997 Graduate of Fort Hays State University with a degree in Elementary Education. Ryan received his master’s degree from Baker University and District Leadership License from Fort Hays State.
He has been a teacher, an assistant principal at Eisenhower Middle and Goddard High, and a principal at Discovery Intermediate, all within the Goddard School District. Mr. Jilka currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Student Services in USD # 265, Goddard Public Schools.
