Returning students have the option to complete online enrollment.

 New students are required to enroll in person.

  • If you do not live within the Smoky Valley district boundaries, you may access Open Enrollment Information HERE.

  • Smoky Valley School District offers online enrollment for returning students. The school mails enrollment packets containing online enrollment instructions and details over the summer.  If you are unable to complete the online enrollment, computers and assistance is available in each building.

     

    New students must complete in-person enrollment. Please contact the school office to enroll.

    Enrollment will open on August 4, 2026.

  • Enrollment for SVVCS is currently open by placing your name on a contact list. Click here to access the form. 

    All enrollment for SVVCS is in-person with an appointment. Enrollment dates are to be decided. All students must be accompanied by their parent/guardian.

You will receive a paper copy of the school supply list in your enrollment packet. You can also pick one up at the District Office.

Back-to-School Resources

FOLLOW MCPHERSON USD #400'S WEBSITE TO SEE START DATES & HOW TO ENROLL FOR THE 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR.

The School District will provide transportation for all students in the district (grades Pre-K through 12) residing more than 2.5 miles from their attendance center.

Students residing in Marquette needing transportation to and from Lindsborg will be picked up and dropped off on 5th Street on the North side of the Marquette City Park.

Students needing transportation to Lindsborg from the Marquette Learning Center will be picked up and dropped off at the MLC front door on 4th Street.

Students being transported to and from the Pre-K at the MES school building will be dropped off and picked up at the west doors on Swedonia Street.

Note: A transportation request form must be completed by all new students requesting transportation, including Pre-K and Kindergarten students if a form was not previously completed at Kindergarten Roundup and Pre-K registration. TRANSPORTATION REQUEST FORMS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FROM BUILDING ATTENDANCE CENTERS.

IF YOUR STUDENT IS GOING TO PARTICIPATE IN ATHLETICS, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THIS PHYSICAL FORM:

Cost per Semester *

The Smoky Valley Board of Education recognizes the need for assisting families in need. Fees for Activities/Sports shall be waived for students who qualify for free meals.

Meal service will begin operations on Thursday, August 20th.

Due to supply chain issues, there may be times when our daily menus may change.

All prices are updated for the 2025-2026 school year.
